Terms of play.

Adults only

The 13th Guest is designed for people 18 or older. By participating, you confirm you are at least 18. This checkbox is not a full identity or age verification system.

Respect other players

Do not submit threats, discriminatory harassment, sexual exploitation content, bullying, unlawful material, stolen private information, or impersonations. Hosts may hide messages. Operators may review and remove reports or flagged content.

Anonymous participation

Choosing an anonymous mask conceals your identity from other users. Providing a voluntary display name explicitly authorizes that name to be confirmed if the host correctly guesses it. We do not promise to determine who submitted an anonymous response.

Digital purchase

The optional Director’s Cut unlocks a scripted branching interactive story and a downloadable ending card for a single party. This purchase does not include custom AI video, any guaranteed identity revelation, or a subscription. Prices are shown before checkout. Actual payments require an activated gateway and a finalized refund/consumer policy. A paid entitlement may be suspended following a confirmed refund or dispute.

Availability and moderation

The platform may rate-limit, hold, remove, or decline messages for safety or stability. Public party links may be shared widely; do not put confidential information in invitation titles.

Operator and support contact

Required before a commercial launch: verified business name, applicable legal jurisdiction, working support email, refund and cancellation policies, and service contact. This project is supplied as software and is not yet a public commercial offer.
